AREAS COVERED
My varied, (sometimes extreme) experiences, mistakes, failures, successes, winding paths and burning desire to learn from those more capable and knowledgeable than myself, has given me a well rounded set of generalist skills that I impart on my clients, to help them navigate their road to a better life.
Below are the titles and brief outline of the areas that I cover with my clients :-
PERSPECTIVE / SELF WORTH - CREATE A MORE POSITIVE, GROWTH MINDSET - The worst day of your life might have been the best. I will start our process with what I mean by that, then move forward.
We will discuss and formulate the tools that you can use including - Engaging in Positive Self-Talk, Practice Gratitude for the good things in your life, Analyse then Identify Areas for Improvement, Spending Time with Positive People and in Positive / Beneficial Situations, Taking Care of Your Physical Health, Switching off and letting go when needed, Remembering to Laugh and Celebrate the wins, Treating Yourself, Developing Routines and Positive Habits.
TRANSFORMATIONAL PLANNING - Short, medium and long term goals. - Career, own business, skillset, contacts, relationships, finances, home, geographic location, health and wellness. - What do you want out of life and therefore how can we work together as a team to get you there?
LIFE HACKS - I have plenty of my own and are listed on this website. Some can be used by you, but the rest we will develop together, based on our conversations and your circumstances.
LIFE / WORK SEGMENTATION - Note - Life comes before work in this scenario. - Plan ahead, Embrace the way your brain works, Set blocks of time for different tasks and for "me / family time", Don't do more hours just for the sake of it or because you think that this is what is expected / required, Use technology to become more efficient, Take small breaks throughout the day, Take holidays as you need extended periods of time to relax, then come back refreshed and potentially more innovative, Practice mindfulness.
Ultimately, you may even decide to change your role or perhaps your entire career, in order to spend less time on financial attainment and more time on the things that make you happy.
